Garry brings the steady leadership and operational focus that anchor Mardee’s success. His commitment to quality, community partnerships, and guest satisfaction ensures that Mardee’s continues to grow as one of Central Florida’s standout dining destinations.
In the kitchen, Chef D, our Executive Chef, brings more than 20 years of culinary experience and a lifetime of passion to the table. Her menu blends the soulful spices and techniques of the Caribbean with the familiar comfort of American favorites, creating dishes that are both nostalgic and new.
